Groups and orgs.

Practical wellbeing support for workplaces, schools and community groups. Drawing on my background in education, yoga, meditation and somatic coaching, I offer sessions that create space to pause, reconnect and explore ways to manage stress.

06Questions

Good to know.

Do people need yoga experience?

Not at all. Workshops happen in normal clothes, and movement is always optional. Yoga and meditation sessions are built for total beginners.

Can you work with us online?

Yes. Online yoga and meditation runs via Zoom, so teams anywhere in Australia can join. Workshops can run online or in person.

Who is Baseline for?

Baseline is particularly for people working in the helping professions who want to understand stress and burnout, and practise settling their nervous systems.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your group and what you'd like, so every proposal is tailored. Share a little about your group in the form and I'll be in touch.
